Things I couldn't stand:
8. No garbage bins in the bathroom
1. Holes and dirty marks on the blanket
9. Water pressure in the bathroom sink was so high that water sprayed literally everywhere when we used it.
Never staying in this place or any motels like this. Wasn't worth the money we spent.
7. Floor is dank
Best place to stop in Panguitch for a layover. Pet friendly, spacious rooms, great prices, excellent customer service! I loved the owners too, a lot of heart and care is going into this place! Hope they are wildly successful!
1. Bedbug marks on the dirty mattress. I didn't get bitten but my husband got bites from some bugs or mosquitos
6. Some outlets didn't work
Pet friendly with grass for the dogs to use. Rooms very small and tidy but felt dirty. I felt the need to use my bleach wipes 9n the remote etc. The bathroom was SMALL. ONLY a shower with the head at about 5ft. The toilet was wedged between to walls making very difficult to use. If your looking for cheap thus is your place!
5. Whole bed smells like curry. Separate your laundry??
4. Muggy moldy smell of the room
10. Wifi sucked.
3. When we came home in the evening on the second day, our room door was wide open! When we asked the owner about this she said "don't worry this is a safe place." You can't just leave a customer's door open and justifying with how safe it's around here! Our room was on the first floor facing the street! This also let in 5 annoying flies and who knows what other bugs in our room.
They just had their parking lot resurfaced and it was sticky with tar. It was skimpy on amenities. For the money I expected more.
Things I didn't like but told myself that I could live with for two nights:
3. Old TV that was turned on by neighbor's remote (felt like I was in a scary movie)
We got a "cabin" for the night. After putting our luggage in the room we went to get dinner. When we got back, after their 15 minute policy, we looked around the room. The plug for the Air conditioner was mounted on the wall with no plug cover, the smoke detector had fell off the wall and was placed on a shelf. The deciding factor was, I turned down the sheets to check for bed bugs and there was hair all over the bed pad. We went to the office and told the lady the room was filthy and the bed was full of hair. She acted surprised but we are still out the $75.00. Please take my advice and stay away from this place.
2. One of the blinds on the window was missing. People can see the whole room from outside. There was only an upside down hanger clipped on the blind, guessing that was their way of saying "hang a shirt up to cover it and suck it up".
4. When I asked the owner for extra blanket because it was cold, she told me to turn on the heater. This 30-year-old heater made louder noise than our car engine and smelled like burned wire.
