On a 10000 mile road trip. Stopped in over lunch hour for an oil change and was out in 30 minutes! Great friendly fast honest fairly priced service.
Called with a brake issue, took the car in, waited just five minutes for the techs to make a space in the bay to check the issue. Found out the brake pad had gotten scrubbed off by road grit (showed me the brake pad with the grit on it). The shop called the local parts house which only had the gold plated $$$ pad in stock. The shop owner loaned us his van to drive during the weekend while more reasonably priced pads were ordered. BTW, the shop owner is who told us the local parts price was too high.

OMH, I was in a bad situation. I missed a turn and ended up in Panguitch on my way to Salt Lake City. Storm was coming and my check engine light came on. Stew got my truck in immediately and did a really quick diagnosis on the light and determined that I was fine to make the drive to SLC. He reset the light so I would know if I was having further trouble, he talked by phone to my husband to explain what was going on and sent me on my way. The truck ran just fine all the way home, but I did get caught in the storm and had to stay the night in Beaver. But mechanically, all was good. And he wouldn't let me pay him for the diagnostic. Thanks a million Stew. Another great example of how small towns in the US just ROCK. Trust him. He'll take care of you.
