Very friendly staff... Did not have a short screwdriver or ohm meter to help me diagnose my problem. Also did not have a moderately basic part on hand (blower motor resistor for '03 Civic). Seems to be lacking from a traditional parts store that usually carries multiple options of this part for a very standard car model.
