My husband and I sat at the bar and ordered a cheeseburger and turkey pot pie. Both were good and the Apple Dutch pie with vanilla ice cream was great (homemade). We sparked up a conversation with Amy the waitress and other staff members such as Jess. They were friendly and very attentive to our needs. We discovered a lot about them, the town and points of interest, etc. They made our trip into town worth it. Very memorable experience.
Not many choices in town. This place seemed to be more popular. Glad we stopped by. Biscuits and Gravy are huge and worth every penny. Next time I want to try this ridiculously large cinnamon bun!
Went there because nothing else was open. Place was busy, so it took a while to just even get menus after we were seated. Restaurant was clearly understaffed, food turned out to be ok. Bland and unimaginative, but it could have been worse.
This was a good breakfast place. The only reason I didn't give it 5 star is there were a couple of flies. The waitress we had was very friendly and service was quick. Very Large portions. Not a lot of choice in the town, but you will enjoy your food here.
They stayed open late just to serve us. That doesn't happen anywhere these days. The food was fresh, even so close to them closing. Everything was hot and delicious. Best Tea west of KS according to my wife. Very friendly and willing to help in any way they can.
